The Sounds of Praise in Bukavu, DR Congo

Today was an amazing day here in Bukavu, Congo. Though there are many challenges that the people face in DR Congo – today was Sunday  –  I joined a Fellowship at a Free Methodist Church where praise to God was celebrated with passion and joy. Met with our operations director and his family for lunch – then to a missionary fellowship – then in evening met with 8 key Free Methodist leaders to discuss the challenges their pastors face in regards to poverty and their congregations. We will follow up with a training some time in the fall of 2011.

Met with our operations director and his family for lunch – then to a missionary fellowship – then in evening met with 8 key Free Methodist leaders to discuss the challenges their pastors face in regards to poverty and their congregations. We will follow up with a training some time in the fall of 2011.
