Today was a very rewarding day. I left Ilula Training Center this morning and began the over hour drive to Ki[karen River Training Center.

Met with Director Peter Maru – then lunch followed by a Training Center Staff meeting. Afternoon we continued with Peter – talking about the goals, focus, core values for the years ahead and then to the wood shop to meet with carpenter/teacher Agree to go over the key objectives for the woodshop ministry. Evening was filled with reconnecting with other friends and the day ended with an hour and half with Isaac Ruto – amazing extension trainer sharing how the ELI extension program is now reaching into Rwanda, Uganda, Dr Congo and several key areas of Kenya.

God has blessed us with some pretty amazing staff.

Tomorrow my day focuses on meetings with kipkaren Children’s Home director and staff before returning to Ilula and getting ready for the Saturday and Sunday outreach to the needy village of Kapsoo.

Much to praise and pray for and I thank God for each of you that supports and prays for this important work.
